The intake breathing magnet strip works really well. As long as you place the metal dots in the right place, you will feel your sinus open and be able to breathe better. Did it fix my snoring? It definitely lessened it!
IMPORTANT HACK!! … the only draw back is the price of the sticky tabs with the metal dots. But, here’s what you do… buy a roll of 3M micro pore tape. Buy the 15 pack of intake and as you use the sticky tabs, tear out the metal dots and save them. Then, you can just cut off a piece of 3M tape and apply the dots. Works just as well if not better! You’ll definitely want to use some rubbing alcohol on the sides of your nose to get rid of any oils so the tape will stick.

Here’s my review as a gym-goer, volleyball player, and just a normal dude who snores at night:In the gym; it helps you breathe better. Not lying. It opens your nose and you can take in more air. Dismissing all the stares you get because you look so f-ing cool, this made working out easier.On the court; I just had a tournament where i was playing back to back, and this thing stayed on my nose and did not fall off at all. I put the stickers the night before and they were stuck on all night and all day during the tournament till i got home and removed them.Personally; this makes breathing at night so much easier. I snore so I use mouth tape, and this device make breathing so much better that I believe I dont snore anymore. My partner has not complained so that’s a win in my books.I tried to use the same stickers two nights to see if I can reuse them after taking them off, and in my opinion - yes you can. I took them off in the morning after waking up, and then at night I put them back on again and it did work again. But it was not as sticky as the fresh stickers. As long as you don’t play with the stickers and band you should be okay.One person found this helpful

Been a LONG time user of breathrite strips. If I were to rate them, depending on the strip style, anywhere from 2-3 stars. I wanted to try something different, especially after seeing a video of this product where the nose piece pulled the nasal/sinus skin away from your face with good magnetic force. The only reason this doesn't get a 5 star is due the application. Not difficult, but takes more time to prepare than throwing on a strip before bed as I was accustomed.

Pros: Opens up your airways considerable more than traditional strips. Plenty of nose pieces to choose from for that 'right fit'. Magnetic power is appropriate to open up your sinuses & airways. Not horribly priced.

Cons: Application of magnets takes time and takes a few applications to find where they work the best. You'll likely need to plan ahead for ordering replacements. Did not come with a carry case for travel.

This thing is amazing!! It's a more expensive option, but if you compare it to buying nasal strips for every night it will save money and work better in the long run. I was considering using an insertable nasal dilator, but they always seemed so uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wasn't sure what to expect from this since the regular disposable nose strips never were that great for me. The Intake turned out to be amazing!! It really gives you great air flow without having to put anything up your nose, and it's very comfortable!

Are they “cheap?” No. Are they Worth it? YES!
These work a million times better than Breathe Right strips. You just have to get the hang of which size nose piece and where to stick the metal disc stickers. Did it cure my husband’s snoring? Not 100%, but it’s drastically improved. I sleep Wayyyy more soundly. The importance of nostril breathing cannot be understated. Many people mouth breath & take shallow breaths into the lungs. Intake helps me breathe more mindfully before I fall asleep, allowing me to take those deep belly breaths that stimulate the vagus nerve and calm my parasympathetic nervous system. I learned all about the effects of belly breathing while I was in Kundalini yoga teacher training. If yoga is too “woo woo” for you, look up the book “Breath,” by James Nestor. Breathing through your nose is ridiculously important and affects everything from your stress levels to the shape of your jawline.
Long story short, TRY THESE!!!

I've tested so many methods, and they all mostly failed.
I was using the Breathright Extra Strengh as that was my least painful method up until now.

Amazing, just wear a bigger size on ur nose not the one that fits u perfectly go one size bigger and it works like heaven
